I was excited to be in my "new" old house. However, in the aftermath of a burst water pipe, as health/safety problem after problem emerged, my excitement changed to a combination of fear and despair. How was I going to fix these issues within my budget?  How was I, a single woman, going to find a contractor I could trust? And then I met James. He was the first contractor to sound reasonable, laying out the pros and cons of different options, always trying to meet my needs and wants in the most effective, efficient way possible, pointing out options I had never considered and working with me to ensure that the final product was even better than I'd envisioned and within budget. And all with a sense of humor. As new needs arise, I know I will be calling James again. Thank you, James and PanGro.
