Founder & Owner
James Grogan is the Founder and CEO of PanGro Development. With over 30 years of experience in design, engineering, woodworking, and more, James truly does it all. James’ passion for home-renovation began early on as a child, from his mother and father while working on their 300-year-old home in Ireland. He went on to learn woodworking, interior design, furniture, and industrial design, completing his education in college in Oxfordshire. He is passionate about transforming and creating spaces and pieces into custom works of art. These one of a kind spaces and pieces reflect the style of the owner and are designed for the functionality of everyday life.
Fatmir "Frank" Jasharaj
Fatmir “Frank” Jasharaj, is PanGro’s newest partner. Frank, came to the United States at just 19 years of age in 1996 from Kosovo, to leave the Albanian and Serbian war. Frank has an eye for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and learned a strong work ethic from his family upbringing. Frank began his professional career in construction in 2006 on the Dover Air Force base. He also worked in the Mid Atlantic area with State, a commercial contractor, and later as a regional manager for Carfaro, a custom architectural railing company. In 2015, he joined the PanGro team. Now as a PanGro partner, he assists with everything from carpentry, design, estimates and more.
Joe joins the PanGro Family with many years of experience in carpentry. Our customers benefit from his long list of skills: woodworking, custom cabinetry, crown-molding, trick finish carpentry, door hanging, interior trim and kitchen work to name a few. It’s great for us to be able to rely on Joe for so many skills and he loves to be able to do a variety of work. He takes pride in delivery quality and we take pride in having him do so!
Kristina Molnar is PanGro’s manager of all things finance including invoices, payroll, reconciliations, cost reports, cost analysis, etc. She oversees our finances with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and more to make sure our bottom line remains happy. Kristina has worked within the construction/design industry for 11 years and loves seeing the transformation of a project and the happiness it brings to our clients!
Office & Account Manager
Jamye Cole navigates our projects administratively to make sure each job is done efficiently, within budget, and on time! She loves being part of a fast-moving and hard working team. From the first call, Jamye will be glad to help you start your dream-home vision.
As our Marketing Coordinator, Brooke Chase tells the PanGro story with a consistent brand you’ve come to recognize and love. Brooke knows how important that story is, from the history and education behind our work to the process of bringing our client’s vision to fruition.
