I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your efforts in completing the renovations to my new office. You provided excellent fit and finish for what turned out to be a very reasonable price. I must say, though, that the "intangibles" were what really impressed me. I didn't expect the attention to detail and swift response you provided to the complications that invariably arise out of a project this large. It was comforting to know that you viewed our relationship as a partnership rather than a vendor-buyer one. It was telling that, amongst all the craziness, you were my beacon of calm competency. And this from a psychiatrist!!! Haha. I now understand why you have such a content crew working for you. Anyway, keep up the good work and, again, thanks for everything.
